Share-A-Smile Referral Program

A successful practice is the result of a strong commitment to treatment excellence and our relationships with patients and dentists. We are gratified at the number of new patients who regularly call on us based on your confidence in our practice.

As a thank you for your confidence in Cobb Orthodontics, we would like to introduce our Share-A-Smile referral program. Each time a new patient whom you refer begins treatment with us, your name will be entered into a drawing to win a number of fabulous prizes. We have prizes that appeal to kids and teens as well as adults who refer new patients to our practice. The choices include a Nintendo Wii system, xbox 360, ipod touch, netbook or a Grandover spa gift card. The drawings will be held twice per year. The first drawing will be on June 30, 2010.

There is no limit to the number of patient referrals you can submit to Cobb Orthodontics. Remember the more friends and family you refer to our practice who begin treatment, the greater your chances to win one of the coolest tech gadgets.
